Blank White Screen

If you encounter a blank white screen while using BrukPlan, it may be due to a temporary service outage on our end. In such cases, please wait for a short while and try accessing the app again. Our team works diligently to minimize downtime, and the issue should be resolved shortly.

Not Receiving Notifications

If you are not receiving notifications from BrukPlan, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Notification Settings:

    Make sure that notifications for BrukPlan are enabled on your device. To do this, go to your device's settings, find the Notifications or Apps section, and ensure that notifications are turned on for BrukPlan.

  2. Reopen the App:

    After verifying that notifications are enabled, try reopening the BrukPlan app. Sometimes, simply restarting the app can resolve notification issues.

Still Facing Issues?

If you have followed the steps above and are still experiencing problems, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the BrukPlan app. This can often resolve persistent issues with notifications and app performance.
